Mixed Roast Vegetables
The Roast Vegetable pack is a perfect addition to any meal.
This pack consists of a delicious blend of pumpkin, potato, carrot sweet potato & onion which are coated in a mixed herb olive oil giving incredible flavour.
The convenience of this dish is par cooked. All you need to do is remove the foil tray from the box and place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, reduce heat to golden.
The best part is that after cooking, the tray can be placed back into the box and displayed
