Terms & Conditions

• All online orders must be placed by midnight on Monday 23rd December. Online store will be closed after this date and no additional orders will be accepted. This allows us sufficient time to ensure we can fulfil your order.

• Orders must be paid for in full prior to being collected.

• Order confirmation email must be shown to be able to collect your items.

• Orders can only be collected on Monday 23 December and Tuesday 24 December. Please select your preferred collection date and time during the checkout process.

• All orders to be collected from the Deli Counter within Agnes Water FoodWorks.

• Please ensure you arrive promptly at your selected time to collect your order.

  • If you arrive early we can not guarantee that your order will be ready for collection.

  • If you arrive late we can not guarantee that items within your order will be at the optimal storage temperature. We will not be liable for any items that are spoiled due to late collection.

• Orders are non-refundable if you change your mind, or if you fail to collect your items.
